Currency
All
prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices
include GST (applicable to NZ customers only).
Delivery

All orders over $50 are delivered by Courier
free of Charge

A $6 delivery charge will be added to all
orders below $50

Goods will be shipped as soon as payment has
been validated/confirmed
Returns
All our products are
designed and produced very carefully and with
attention to detail. We hope you will be
delighted with them. If for any reason you’re
not, no problem, return them unused within
seven days of their receipt and we will refund
or exchange them.
Goods are returned to
Sumprisa Limited at your own expense, however if
products are faulty, we will refund or credit
the cost of the return postage. A returns form
is attached to the receipt which will be
included in your parcel.
Points to
note:
We
cannot accept returns where the damage or defect
is a result of something you did.
Payments
We
accept payment via Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard
only), direct credit to our bank account. You
can also pay through cash deposit in our bank
account giving details of your Purchase Order
and your name. Our bank account details are:

Sumprisa Limited reserves the right to reject
any orders which include incorrect prices which
may occur due to data entry errors, code errors,
hacking, incorrect pricing etc.

will not pass on any information you supply
without your consent to persons or entities
outside of our organization, unless required by
law. Personal details are stored securely on our
servers.
